Terms of Service

1. General

The following General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. NAPURE AG hereby expressly objects to any deviating provisions of the contracting parties. Deviations from the general terms and conditions shall only be valid if PLANTERO agrees to them in writing.


2. Conclusion of contract

The offer of NAPURE AG is non-binding. Small deviations and technical changes of the illustrations (colours, dimensions, etc.) or descriptions displayed in the shop are possible. By clicking the button "send order" at the end of the order process a binding order of the goods in the shopping cart is made. NAPURE AG informs immediately about the receipt of the order by an automated e-mail. This automated e-mail confirms that the purchase contract has been concluded.


3. prices

All prices in the B2C area are net prices including VAT, respectively excluding VAT in the B2B area, without postage and packaging and without possible cash on delivery charges.


4. payment

Each order will only be shipped by prepayment. Exceptions are made by direct agreement with NAPURE AG.


5. shipping

The dispatch takes place in one or more standard packages. Possible shipping costs can be seen in the shipping costs section. Deviating package sizes will be noted if necessary. In the case of larger consignments or in the B2B sector, pallets can also be dispatched.


6. delivery

NAPURE AG delivers exclusively to Switzerland. Customers of NAPURE AG can generally assume that the ordered goods are actually in stock and that the goods will be delivered to the agreed delivery address within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. Items that are only available once are expressly designated as "unique" in the item description. Items that will no longer be available in the future are referred to as discontinued items. If a product is currently out of stock, delivery may be delayed between 2-4 weeks. Should goods exceptionally not be in stock, NAPURE AG will inform about the delay in delivery and agree on the further procedure individually.


7. partial deliveries

NAPURE AG reserves the right to make a partial delivery if this appears to be advantageous for a speedy processing. This does not result in additional shipping costs.


8. defects of the delivered goods

Defects of the delivered goods have to be reported to NAPURE AG immediately (24 hours after receipt at the latest) after their discovery. The further handling with regard to return and possible crediting of costs will be done individually.


9. right of withdrawal

The goods ordered and delivered by NAPURE AG may be returned to NAPURE AG without giving reasons but only after consultation with NAPURE AG within 5 days after receipt of the goods. The postage and packaging costs of the goods previously delivered by NAPURE AG shall remain with the purchaser of the goods. NAPURE AG shall not be liable for any costs incurred in connection with the return of goods to NAPURE AG. There will be no cash refund for returned goods. The return will only be reimbursed with a voucher. Exceptions can only be agreed with NAPURE AG.
