HOW CAN I SEE ALL NAPURE PRODUCTS AT ONCE?

It's very simple. Simply enter nothing in the "What are you looking for" field and press "Enter" & all Napure products are visible. Have fun discovering them!

Of course, you can also use keywords to find your favourite products (e.g. enter weed and all weed-related products will appear).


WHICH PRICES INCLUDE VAT, OR WHICH PRICES EXCLUDE VAT?

For all directly accessible & public pages (consumer pages), the prices are shown including VAT.

All B2B (business customers) prices are always shown excluding VAT. Separate access is required for these pages. Business customers can register either via the portal, e-mail or in person. The B2B specific prices are only visible after activation by NAPURE AG.


HOW CAN I BECOME A B2B CUSTOMER?

Please submit the registration via the B2B link and/or via contact form (name of company, address, contact person & email).

We will then contact you and request a copy of the HR excerpt and/or the UID number. After checking the data, the business account will be activated.


IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME AS A PRIVATE PERSON TO OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT (B2B)?

No, B2B accounts are reserved exclusively for business customers/partners. Thank you for your understanding!


DOES NAPURE AG ALSO DELIVER ABROAD?

No, Napure AG delivers its current range exclusively in Switzerland.

CAN THE BILLING ADDRESS DIFFER FROM THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes, the desired delivery address can be entered during the checkout process.


CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT OPENING A USER ACCOUNT?

Yes, using the guest customer function. However, this means that you will have to enter all your data again the next time you place an order, as your address/order data will not be stored in the system.
