Shipping area
We deliver exclusively to Switzerland.
Shipping methodsWe offer the following shipping options:
Parcel shipping (up to 120 kg, several parcels are created)General cargo shipping (pallets or half pallets)
Orders that arrive before 14.00 hrs are normally delivered on the following working day.In the case of peripheral regions, it may occasionally take two working days.
The costs are calculated on the basis of the effective weight of the goods (e.g. up to 10 kg = CHF 6.90 etc.).The detailed costs are shown during the ordering process (during the payment process).
Exemption from shipping costs
Take place from a certain amount. The limits are shown during the checkout process.
Small quantity surcharges
Any small quantity surcharges will be shown during the order process.
Payment methods
For all private customers (B2C), as well as for all business customers (B2B), we currently accept the following means of payment (the payment options may change at any time due to customer or market requirements):
- Mastercard
- Visa
- Twint
- Prepayment
Other options, such as "invoice" and/or "cash payment" are only used in the B2B sector. These additional options require a separate agreement between Napure AG and the B2B business partner.
Additional information on the payment option prepayment:
The order will only be executed after receipt of payment.The reservation of the goods is guaranteed for 2 working days.The order will be deleted from the system after 3 working days if payment is not received on time.
