The code is only activated at the first distribution center. Tracking is only visible after this step. Please contact us if the link is still not activated on the evening of the order or the following day (working day).

For all public pages (consumer pages), the prices are shown including VAT.
In the rest of the store and during the ordering process, the product prices are shown exclusive of VAT to ensure a simplified and transparent VAT accounting.

All B2B (business customer) prices are always shown exclusive VAT. For these pages a separate access/access is required. The registration of business customers is done either via portal, e-mail or personally. The B2B specific prices are only visible after activation by NAPURE AG.

Please submit the registration using the B2B link and/or contact form (company name, address, contact person & email).
We will then contact you and request a copy of the trade register statement and/or the company's UID number. After a check of the data the business account will be activated. 

No, B2B accounts are exclusively reserved for business customers/partners. Thank you very much for your understanding!

Yes, the desired delivery address can be defined during the checkout process.

Yes, by using the guest account function. However, this means that you will have to re-enter all data again during the next order, as your address/order data will not be stored in the system.
