General Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction
    The Napure Team would like to thank you for shopping with us. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Should you have any questions or suggestions or should something not work out, please use the contact form on our website. Please read the following general terms and conditions, because they apply to all your orders with us.
  2. Area of validity
    The general terms and conditions apply to all business relations between NAPURE AG and its customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read the general terms and conditions and agree to them. The mere viewing of our website is not binding and does not establish a legal relationship.
  3. Offer
    All prices are in the currency chosen by the customer. In the B2C area all the prices are displayed including VAT in the webshop, all other documents & transactions (B2B) are always displayed excluding VAT.
    The VAT will be charged/displayed at the end of the order process. The listed prices, product images and product descriptions are without guarantee. Delivery times & availability are at our best knowledge, errors excepted.
  4. Delivery times
    Products that are in stock will be processed immediately after receipt of the order and normally delivered within one working day (exception: peripheral areas, up to 2 working days). The ordered products are delivered according to the agreement with the customer. Delays due to unavailability at suppliers or missing information from the customer do not result in any claims for the customer. There is no claim for compensation in case of possible delivery delays by our logistics partners.
  5. Shipping & minimum order values
    The possible minimum order value surcharges & shipping costs are calculated according to shopping cart amount and product weight (without packaging material) and are shown accordingly during the order process (checkout).
  6. Payment
    Payment for goods ordered from Napure AG is made by the selected payment option, such as: credit card(s), TWINT or invoice (if activated).
  7. Warranty/liability/right of return
    The products sold by Napure AG are manufactured by leading producers. Therefore there are very rarely defective products. If you should ever receive a faulty product, please send us promptly an email (within 2 days after receipt of the goods) and keep the faulty product until we have given you instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send the products back without an approval from us.
    In case of validated returns, the goods must be returned in unused pack and/or in case of food products in unopened, perfect condition and in the original packaging. Any transport costs/fees are at the expense of the sender.
    Excluded from the warranty are defects and malfunctions for which the supplier is not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, interventions by the customer or third parties, excessive strain, unsuitable operating materials or extreme environmental influences.
  8. Legal notice
    Place of jurisdiction is 4310 Rheinfelden. Swiss law applies exclusively.
